Professional Accomplishments

Law Practice - Mr. Robinson is a shareholder in the law firm of Babcock Scott & Babcock.  He practices construction law and litigation.

Education - Mr. Robinson received a Bachelor of Arts degree, graduating cum laude, from Utah State University .  He received his Juris Doctor degree, graduating with honors, from Washburn University School of Law.  While in law school, Mr. Robinson received the Robert Kinvig Corkhill Memorial Law Scholarship and the Judge J. Richard Foth Writing Award.

Professional Association Involvement - Mr. Robinson is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Utah and the United States District Court for the District of Utah.  He currently serves as Chair of the Construction Law Section of the Utah State Bar.  He is also a member of the Litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Real Estate Sections of the Utah State Bar.  He is also a member of the Litigation Section and the Construction Litigation Committee of the American Bar Association.  Mr. Robinson is also actively involved with several trade associations related to the construction industry.

Publications & Lectures - Mr. Robinson has written many articles for several publications, covering a wide range of topics relevant to the construction industry.  He has also been a lecturer at many contruction-related seminars.
